Citrus scents with a hint of peppermint and rosemary are the fresh, aromatic top notes, followed by a tempting juniper fragrance reminiscent of a good gin and tonic. The woody depth is enriched with notes of galbanum, and makes me think of sunny afternoons out on the jetty at Enge Harbor or at the rowing club boathouse. Green vetiver and a touch of musk awaken memories of carefree summer evenings spent in the Rentenwiese park. The hint of a lake breeze makes me feel at one with the city – it has the cool freshness of the late autumn air that blows into Bellevue from across Lake Zurich when the first snow has fallen in the foothills of the Alps.
